These Messaging Terms describe how AVOLA Therapy LLC sends SMS/text messages in connection with our in-home occupational and physical therapy services in the Phoenix West Valley, Arizona area. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below. Text messages are sent from (480) 999-3837.
By opting in, you agree to receive conversational and informational messages from AVOLA Therapy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to (480) 999-3837. For help, reply HELP to (480) 999-3837 or contact info@avolatherapy.com.
The messaging program consists of conversational and informational messages only. These may include replies to your questions and information about your therapy services. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
